S.S.K.Construction is owned and managed by a team of well experienced professional Engineers dealing with all kind of Construction work. The company is recognized in the year 2015 under ISO 9001-2015 Certification for Provision for Building Construction & Civil Work. We are Super A-class Government Contractor in Uttar Pradesh working with various government department such as; Lucknow Development Authority, Military Engineering Services, Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited, Kanpur Development Authority, Ansal Housing & Private Sectors also. Over the years the group has undertaken many challenging projects of Government Department and accumulated skills, know-how and engaged in project management services and various kind of civil Construction service. Yes, your home loans are eligible for tax benefits. The principal and the interest components of the loan are eligible for income tax deductions under section 80C and 24 respectively of the Indian Income Tax Act.
The situation of tax benefit gets complicated only when you purchase a plot and do not construct a house in the next 3 years. In other words, if you take a home loan and do not construct the house in 3 years' time, you will lose the status of a home loan.
